The hose is designed for firefighting applications in accordance with European standards, it is a single jacket style made of polyester with polyurethane (PU/TPU) so it can handle some chemical and petroleum-based products.

It can be coated with a polyurethane-based treatment for a higher level of heat and abrasion resistance.
